Blood Flow Restriction Training

We provide Blood Flow Restriction, also know as BFR, training and rehab to our clients.
BFR is an excellent tool that can be used to increase volume when clients are unable to lift heavy, or as an adjunct to lifting heavy to help increase the rate of hypertrophy of the muscle without stressing the tendons to the same degree as heavy weight. This provides a different stimulus that allows for faster muscle growth with lower weight.
This type of training is excellent for bodybuilders, powerlifters, high school and college athletes, and older adults who currently are not able to lift heavy due to pain but who also want and need larger muscles.
