Dr. Nathan Kadlecek, PT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

I am a graduate of Columbia University in New York City where I obtained my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. I received my bachelors of science in Exercise Science from Harding University in Arkansas.

I’ve been training people to maximize their performance for over seven years and it’s been an absolute privilege to watch people excel in their sport due to proper and consistent training principles. I am looking forward to working with you, testing you, and helping you achieve elite performance!

The picture to the top left is me competing in a powerlifting competition and the bottom left is back in college when I was punting for Harding.

Steve Hare, PTA

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

I have been a certified strength and conditioning coach for 12 years and have trained many youth athletes with tremendous reward. I currently am working at Stanford pediatric orthopedics in Sunnyvale and have further expanded my knowledge of training the youth athlete.

I have been working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for over 30 years and my true passion is working with youth athletes. I had the privilege of coaching basketball to girls and boys ages 10 to 18 and after 10 years of coaching I decided I needed to apply my knowledge from physical therapy and help the youth with improving their strength and performance.

The evidence is there to suggest if we teach the youth population the why and how of strength training two important things would happen: 1. Improvement in performance and 2. improvement in their health.

I am incredibly excited to bring this expertise to the Monterey Peninsula and join my good friend Nate to help improve the health of both our youth and adult communities.

If your son, daughter, or athlete doesn’t know what their numbers are, how are they supposed to track improvement?
