What is the point of the exercise you are performing?
Whenever we choose a workout program to follow or, when determining which exercises to complete, it's important to first determine what our goal is. Once we've determined what the goal is, then it makes sense to select exercises that will help attain those goals.
This is an example of an exercise that is a bit useless and could be substituted by lunges, single leg RDLs, and so many higher quality movements!
